1. Processing Times

We typically process and pack orders within 2–4 business days.
During high-volume periods (holidays, product drops), processing may take a little longer.

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and another once it ships.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Times

We offer standard shipping within the United States.

Estimated delivery times after your order ships:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note: these are estimates, and delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or seasonal volume.

 

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

• Destination

• Item weight

• Carrier rates

• Shipping method selected

Free shipping promotions may occasionally be offered.

 

4. Eco-Friendly Packaging

All Mud Rat orders are shipped using 100% recyclable or sustainable materials whenever possible.
We’re committed to reducing waste and keeping our footprint low—your package reflects that.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

 

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

After your order has been handed to the carrier:

• Mud Rat is not responsible for lost, stolen, or significantly delayed packages.

• If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier first and then notify us so we can help where possible.

If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it:

• Check with neighbors, building staff, or secure delivery areas

• Wait 24 hours in case of an early scan

• Contact the carrier with your tracking info

 

7. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 7 days

• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

 

8. International Shipping (If applicable)

Mud Rat currently ships within the United States only. International shipping will be added soon.

 

9. Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately — if the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it.
