RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition

• The item must be in its original packaging

• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Non-returnable items may include:

• Clearance or final sale items

• Digital products (if applicable)

• Customized or made-to-order items

2. How to Start a Return

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

• Mud Rat is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Include photos of the packaging and the issue

We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

 

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider

We’ll notify you when your refund has been processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error on our end.

 

6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products.
If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

 

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not shipped yet.
