We source our favored mushroom species and substrate from local mushroom producers and farms. Usually we take their waste and incorporate it into our process, making a closed loop.

Let It Grow

After sterilizing everything and rehydrating, we let the mycelium grow in a custom growth chamber under our optimal conditions. This process usually takes 5-7 days.

Bake It

Once it's done growing we dry or 'bake' it to harden it and prevent mushrooms from fruiting. This usually takes 1-2 days, thats it.
